Step 1: Registration
To participate, you have to register yourself or your team on our website ”enter the contest" before November 5 2017 at midnight GMT +1 (France)

Once your participation is confirmed, you can proceed to completing your registration on “My Profile” tab on our website.
Step 2: Handouts by candidates
Once registered, you can upload your project on our website before November 5, 2017 at midnight GMT +1 (France)
This project file shall consist of five folders and be written either in French or in English.
Folder n°1: a summary for the pre-jury
• A brief note outlining the project. Maximum 600 words: 300 in French and 300 in English (WORD - Format A4 – typeface: ARIAL 12) including the name of your project and a slogan of 3-4
words describing it. This slogan will always be associated with your project in order to represent it on all communication platforms.
• An A3 format landscape, in a free form that incorporates the template (downloadable)
in PDF or JPEG HD – 5Mb max.
Folder n°2: the global description
10 A3 landscape front pages maximum in PDF under 20 Mb in total.
This folder includes written and graphic elements describing your project in-depth.
Folder n°3: graphic elements
This file includes every picture used in your Folder n°2 - the global description.
Each file should contain only one picture named after your project and numbered from 00 to 100
in order of importance.
These pictures must be provided in JPEG HD – 300 dpi under 5Mb per image.
Folder n°4: 3D animation video (optional)
A video or a 3D animation of your project – 1’30” length max – 100 Mb.
Folder n°5: administrative folder
Each candidate’s ID in JPEG
Each candidate’s face picture in JPEG HD
Each candidate’s CV in PDF
All folders must be compressed into a single ZIP file and named after your project.
• You only can upload your file once.
• No modification is possible once the upload is complete.
• The winners will be compulsorily required to submit one 1’30 length max video or 3D animation for the Award ceremony.
Step 3: Jury’s selection:
After a pre-selection, the jury will choose the 2016’s awarded projects in the three categories: “Innovation and Architecture for the Sea”, “Innovation and architecture for Space” and “Architecture & Sea Level Rise”. The jury will analyze and rank the selected projects based on the originality of the proposal and the quality of the architectural composition.
